The Cidrerie Traditionnelle du Perche is set amidst rolling green hills at Le Theil sur Huisne, at the very heart of the Natural Regional Park of the Perche (the Orne department) in Normandy. Our main priority is to offer top quality, environmentally-friendly products - hence the reason our premises are built to HQE (High Environmental Quality) standards and our cider apple orchards are in organic agriculture.

We harvest from the end of October and then proceed with the various stages in the cider-making process until the end of the winter, when the dry and medium-sweet ciders are bottled. We take great care to respect traditional methods, whether preparing our “Trahant” aperitif (from the name of the forest that covered our land around the year 1,000), distilling our dry ciders to obtain a quality AOC Calvados, preparing our cider jams and apple gelées, or making our apple juices and cider vinegar.
